Affiliate & Pricing Disclaimer

Last Updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer carefully before relying on pricing data or making purchases through links on DealSpark.

1. Affiliate Disclosure

DealSpark is an affiliate marketing and price comparison website. We are a participant in associate and affiliate advertising programs designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to commercial retailer sites including, but not limited to, Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Myntra.com, Ajio.com, Croma.com, and Tata CLiQ.

When you click on links to merchant sites and make a purchase, we may receive an affiliate commission. This commission comes at no extra cost to you.

2. Real-Time Pricing and Availability

Product prices and stock availability are provided for informational purposes only and are determined exclusively by the respective merchants. Prices and offers change rapidly on merchant platforms. While we strive to verify prices frequently, the actual price displayed on the merchant's website at the time of purchase will always apply.

3. No Handling of Payments

DealSpark never collects, stores, or processes your credit card details, UPI IDs, or payment credentials. All transactions, order tracking, shipping, and returns are handled entirely by the merchant where you complete your order.
